Jesus gave us clear instructions as to the importance of our young people when He said, “Take Heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; For I say unto you, that in heaven their angels do always behold the face of My Father which is in Heaven” (Matt. 18:10)

There is a lost generation of Young Adventist seeking a home to call their own – they are lost sitting in the pews, they are lost listening to sermons and they are lost simply in wondering just what is going on around them. They are your Youth, they are your Church members, and they are… the Silent Majority. Ellen G White states, “With such an army of workers as our youth, rightly trained, might furnish, how soon the message of a crucified, risen and soon-coming Savior might be carried to the whole world!” In her book, Messages to young People, Ellen White further states that “He [Satan] well knows that there is no other class that can do as much good as young men and young women who are consecrated to God. The youth, if right, could sway a mighty influence. Preachers or laymen advanced in years cannot have one-half the influence upon the young that the youth, devoted to God, can have upon their associates.” Continue Reading →
